akua pkg publish [flags]

Flag	Type	Description
`--ref`	string	Target repository (`oci://<registry>/<repo>`)
`--tag`	string	Tag; defaults to [package].version
`--no-sign`	boolean	Skip cosign signing even when a private key is configured
`--no-attest`	boolean	Skip the SLSA attestation (it always pairs with signing)
`--workspace`	string	Workspace root containing akua.toml
