# akua pkg render

> Execute a package.k against inputs and write manifests

```sh theme={null}
akua pkg render [flags]
```

| Flag | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `--package` | string | Path to the Package.k |
| `--inputs` | string | Inputs file (JSON or YAML); defaults to inputs.yaml, then inputs.example.yaml |
| `--out` | string | Output directory |
| `--summary-out` | string | Also write the RenderSummary JSON to this file |
| `--dry-run` | boolean | Render without writing files |
| `--stdout` | boolean | Write the manifests as one YAML stream to stdout instead of `--out` |
| `--strict` | boolean | Reject raw-string chart paths; every chart must be an akua.toml dependency |
| `--offline` | boolean | Resolve dependencies from the vendor tree and cache only |
| `--max-depth` | integer | Accepted; pkg.render composition is capped at depth 16 |
| `--debug` | boolean | Under `--json`, also emit the resources before YAML normalization (`evalResult`) |

Every command also accepts the [universal flags](/akua/cli#universal-flags).
