# akua pkg inspect

> Report a Package's input surface or tarball metadata

```sh theme={null}
akua pkg inspect [flags]
```

| Flag | Type | Description |
| - | - | - |
| `--package` | string | Path to the Package.k |
| `--tarball` | string | A packed `.tar.gz` (from `pack` / `pull`) |
| `--oci` | string | A published Package (`oci://<registry>/<repo>`, with `--tag`): its metadata and input schema |
| `--tag` | string | Tag of the `--oci` Package |

Every command also accepts the [universal flags](/akua/cli#universal-flags).
